REQUIRED Items for EACH Rider:
1. Closed-toe shoes (sneakers, boots, tennis shoes)
2. REQUIRED: Bottle of water for each rider – a saddle bag is available on each horse. WATERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE RANCH.
3. Method of payment for remaining balance (10% discount for CASH)!
PROHIBITED Items FOR THE RIDE:
1. Skirts, dresses (unless you are wearing leggings/pants underneath)
2. Open toe shoes (sandals, flip-flops)
3. Bags of any kind (fanny packs, purses, backpacks, drawstring bags). Locker in office available to store belongings for you if necessary. *We make an exception for medical items*
4. Items wrapped or strapped around you. This includes flannels, jackets, bags of any kind, large cameras, camera bags, and the like. Your phone, water and pocket-sized camera (think disposable size) are the only items allowed on the ride.
5. Selfie sticks
6. Electronic/Portable fans – cooling rags/towels are okay
Cancellation/Modification Policy:
48 hours prior to your check-in time for a FULL refund of your deposit. If any cancellations or modifications occur after 48 hours, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payment:
A 30% deposit was charged at the time you made your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your total ride cost. When you arrive, you will pay the remaining balance, which is your total ride cost minus the 30% deposit already paid. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. Cash payments receive a 10% discount. Please arrive prepared with your preferred method of payment. For your security, payment information used for the deposit is not stored on file.

Pumpkin Patch Information:
Any riders on the horseback ride will receive free admission to our pumpkin patch. The pumpkin patch is open from 9:00am – 6:00pm. Any other guests joining but are NOT on the horseback ride will be required to pay pumpkin patch admission.

The Arizona Fine Art Expo (the large white tent on the corner) shares a parking lot with us. If you see the large white tent, we are right next to them. Please look for the American flagpole, western town front, and purple office building.
