Birthday parties are not available in October due to our Annual Pumpkin Patch, nor from May to September due to the heat. With limited time sots it is best to contact us as far in advance as possible to seek a quote. Please click the link above to inquire about pricing and availability.
Let's begin with the basics: our packages start with a base minimum price for 25 guests or less to enjoy a party site, pony rides for the kids, a petting zoo and yard games. All within a designated time slot so we can ensure that activities are not overlapping and everyone can enjoy the fun! You can then add a hayride or train ride for your guests to enjoy! For our future cowboys and cowgirls you can book a 1 hour horseback ride for a truly western shindig!
We have three party sites that are available based on your selected time slot. ALL sites are outdoors and come standard with picnic table seating, two tables or table tops for food and gifts, and trash bins with trash bags. Full sized restrooms are available for all parties. Time slots are for 3 hours with an additional 30-mins before and after for setup and cleanup. Our time slots are firm and non-negotiable.
I received the pricing and know what option and date I would like to do - what is the next step from here? Respond back to our current email thread (always check your spam folder!) and let us know your choices. With that info we will reply back with a contract based on the estimated number of guests and your time slot if it is available. Once you approve the contract we will request a deposit to completely reserve the date and time.
Is there an onsite coordinator for my party?
Yes and no. One of our staff will schedule a time for the pony rides or if you have a hayride, train ride, or horseback ride scheduled in your contract. Other than that what you do with your time slot is up to you! The petting zoo, games, when you eat lunch, cake and when you open presents will be best determined by you and your guests. But we will recommend an itinerary we know works well! We find that it is best to let the guests enjoy the zoo and games at their leisure when they first arrive. We schedule the other activities once you know all of your guests are onsite. We also touch base with you throughout the party.
What are my food and beverage options?
That is really up to you! We recommend having pizza delivered, ordering sandwiches, or even Chick-fil-A! Charcoal grills are available if you request one in advance - you will need to provide your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and utensils. Coolers with bottled water or juice is highly recommended as we do not have water or food available for purchase onsite. Remember: we are outdoors and it can get very warm even in the fall and spring - bottled water is ideal if not required.
Can I bring alcohol for the adults?
No. We do not allow alcoholic beverages at the birthday parties as your guests will be wandering around the property.
What are my limitations with decorations?
We ask that you do not use or provide anything that can leave a mess as we are in the desert and try to keep it as clean as possible. Items we do not allow for the parties are: confetti, water balloons, or any small items that are too difficult to clean up. Also no party favors that can scare the animals: kazoos, whistles, frisbees, etc. Table cloths for the picnic tables are highly recommended!
Can myself or one of my guests bring their dog?
No. We do not allow any outside animals at the ranch.
