Thank you for your service! 24-hour Change/Cancellation Policy for Reservations: All changes to a reservation or cancellation of a reservation must be made 24 hours or more before the scheduled ride time. Any change to a reservation made 24 hours or less of the scheduled ride time is subject to additional charges at the discretion of MacDonald’s Ranch. All cancellations made 24 hours or less of the scheduled ride time will be charged 100% of what was originally reserved. At the discretion of MacDonald’s Ranch reservations may be cancelled due to weather such as but not limited to: rain, wind, and extreme heat.
